Presentation:
1. Beat the cream cheese for 2-3 minutes until creamy. Add the sugar, lemon juice, coconut cream and vanilla and continue beating.
2. Divide the cookie dough into portions, pour a little, put some cream cheese cream in the middle and shape into balls.
3. Dip the balls in lemon glaze or melted white chocolate and let them harden in the fridge.
Decorate with coconut, peanut butter or chocolate sprinkles
